Work Flow Builder

The system primarily consists of a web frontend and a service backend. Users can customize business processing workflows within the system—for example, automatically classifying customers and assigning handlers upon receiving a customer message, or sending a greeting SMS one day before a customer's birthday. Workflow triggers are diverse, including incoming customer messages, scheduled tasks, or event-based triggers.

The system supports integration with hundreds of customizable task-processing nodes, each configurable with different logic—such as sending SMS messages, sending emails, invoking APIs, and more—together forming a sophisticated customer business processing system.

Challenge

Rapidly changing business rules demanded extreme flexibility. Hard-coded workflows couldn’t scale or adapt quickly enough to support diverse, real-time customer engagement scenarios across teams.

Solution

Built a visual, event-driven workflow engine with 100+ configurable nodes—SMS, email, API calls—enabling non-technical users to design complex automation without coding.
